Return/Exchange Policy

You have ten days from the date of pickup to perform an exchange or return on unwashed, unworn items that display the original tags. Items that are non-stock special order, such as long and short rise trousers, are non-returnable.

For Returns or Exchanges:
All items with standard alterations are subject to an:
$8 RESTOCKING FEE per garment

For items with specialty alterations such as:

• Waist adjustments
• Crotch reinforcements
• Inseam lengths less than 28 inches
• Maternity alterations
• Shirt sleeve adjustments
• Shirt tail adjustments
• Tapering
• Other custom alterations

We apologize but these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Restocking fee is not payable by allotment or payroll deduction.
